Dates: June 16th - June 20th , 2025
Cost: $205.00 + $5 medication fee if needed.
Check-in Arrival Time @ Church: Monday, June 16th at 8:00 am
Departure: Monday, June 16th at 8:30 am
Arrival Day Information:
- Please bring all luggage, bedding, snacks & drinks for travel & be ready to begin loading all said luggage/bedding @ 8am
- Cell phones will be collected upon check-in and will be given back upon arrival. If you need to contact your student at anytime, please contact Pastor Luke or Pastor Stacy.
- Medication Drop off

- ALL medication needs to be in original bottle in a Ziplock bag with medication form.
- Only bring enough medicine your child will need for the week (the nurse has to count every pill individually and so this will help us when we arrive to camp.) It must be labeled with your child's name.
Spending Money
- Please put all spending money in envelope w/student's name on it.
- includes: two meals (1 lunch on the way there, 1 lunch on the way home) snacks/merch during camp, special offerings
Reminder: Students will be allowed to bring snacks/drinks for the van. They will also be expected to clean up after themselves. If you would like to donate water or snacks or fun decor for the campers dorms, please discuss with Pastor Stacy.
Return Time: We expect to be arriving back by 4pm on Friday! We will be keeping you posted.
