Arrival Day Information:
Luggage Check-In
- Please label your child's luggage with their first and last name. Large tape with marker is the easiest to see and identify quickly.
Medication Drop off
- ALL medication needs to be in original bottle in a Ziplock bag with medication form.
- Only bring enough medicine your child will need for the week (the nurse has to count every pill individually and so this will help us when we arrive to camp. It must be labeled with your child's name.
Spending Money
- Please send cash for lunch to and from camp. We WILL use Money Bands to keep track of spending for kids. This speeds up the process during the pop stand hours as well as prevents loss of stolen money. You can preload money bands to your child's account if you would like to ahead of time. That information will be sent to your email.
- A BGMC (Boys and Girls Missionary Challenge) offering is taken during the Wednesday evening service if you would like for your kids to be able to give to missions, you can add money to their band on that day for that.
- Pop Stand money varies on the family. A good amount is 5.00-10.00 a day. There is a glow store each night, as well as kids gift shop and apparal shop for students to make purchases. It's not mandatory and up for each family to decide what to send with their child.
Lice Check
- Students must pass a lice check prior to camp. This will be done after service on Sunday, July 6th or prior to departure on Monday, July 7th.
Reminder: Children will be allowed to bring snacks for the van. They will also be expected to clean up after themselves. If you would like to donate water or snacks or fun decor for the campers dorms, please discuss with Pastor Tiffany.
Return Time: We expect to be arriving back by 3:30 pm on Friday! We will be keeping you posted.
